Cancellation Policy – Amazing Andaman Tour

We understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

1. Cancellation received 30 days before arrival.

Full refund (excluding transaction/processing charges).

2. Cancellation received 15 – 29 days before arrival.

50% of the total package cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

3. Cancellation received 7 – 14 days before arrival.

75% of the total package cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

4. Cancellation received less than 7 days before arrival / No Show.

No refund will be provided.

5. In case of flight/train/ferry cancellations due to weather or technical reasons.

Amazing Andaman Tour, will assist with rescheduling, but refunds will be subject to respective hotel, cruise and transport policies.

Note: Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after confirmation of cancellation.

Package Exclusions –

-Any expenses caused by natural calamities, flight/ferry delays, or cancellations beyond our control

-Water sports activities (scuba, snorkeling, sea walk, jet ski, etc.) unless mentioned in the itinerary*Terms and Condit:ions
